Simon Brown is Associate Professor of Film and Television at Kingston University. He has published extensively in areas such as early film history, British cinema, the history of colour cinematography, 3D, adaptation, and contemporary American television. His most recent monograph is Screening Stephen King: Adaptation and the Horror Genre in Film and Television (University of Texas Press, 2018)
