Kimberly Ramirez is Assistant Professor of English at LaGuardia Community College of the City University of New York. Her writing is published in Theatre Journal, Recent Trends in Latino and Latin American Performing Arts, Studies in 20th & 21st Century Literature, Collages & Bricolages, Cuban Studies Journal, and she has served as a past Managing Editor of the Journal of American Drama & Theatre. She has presented work at major national and international conferences including the annual meetings of the International Federation for Theatre Research, the American Society for Theatre Research, Association for Theatre in Higher Education, the Latin American Theatre Today Festival, the International Hispanic Theatre Festival, and the United States Institute for Theatre Technology. Kimberly holds an M.F.A. in Drama from the University of Georgia and a Ph.D. in Theatre from the Graduate Center, CUNY.
