Jennie Webb is an independent Los Angeles playwright and dramaturg, currently in residence at LA's Rogue Machine Theatre ("Yard Sale Signs") and Theatricum Botanicum in Topanga, CA, where she created the theatre's new play development program, Botanicum Seedlings. She’s been produced nationwide and internationally, and published by Heinemann Press and ICWP. She is also a member of The Playwrights Union, Fell Swoop Playwrights, EST-LA's Playwrights Unit, and co-founder of the LA Female Playwrights Initiative (LA FPI). In 2010, she received a Women In Theatre Red Carpet Award for her work promoting and supporting new plays and women playwrights.
