Jeremy Moore is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Film and Media Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara and coordinating editor of Media Fields Journal. His current dissertation work focuses on spectacle and kayfabe in professional wrestling to link the genre with reality television more broadly. Other research interests include video cultures, games and play, and television history.
