Antoine Damiens is a FRQSC Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of English and the Institute for Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies. His first monograph, LGBTQ Film Festivals: Curating Queerness, was recently published with Amsterdam University Press (2020). Antoine co-edits the festival reviews section of NECSUS and co-chairs the Feminist and Queer Research Workgroup within the European Network for Cinema and Media Studies (NECS).
