My current research interests include LGBTQIA+ health, information practices, social media, and critical algorithm studies. I'm particularly interested in the ways that LGBTQIA+ young people use online resources to identify and meet information needs related to sex and sexual health. I have a Master of Information degree from the Rutgers School of Communication & Information with a concentration in Library and Information Science and a BA in History from the College of William & Mary. Prior to the PhD program, I worked in academic libraries and special collections.
