Donora Hillard is the author of the poetry book Jeff Bridges (with illustrations by Goodloe Byron; Cobalt Press, 2016) and several other books. She is also the author of The Aphasia Poems (S▲L, 2014) and other chapbooks of poetry and theory, as well as the NEA-produced one-act play The Plagiarist.
Hillard's work appears in Hint Fiction (W.W. Norton & Company), Hobart, LEVELER, OCCULUM, Pedagogy, Women in Clothes (Penguin Random House), and other anthologies and journals, and her projects have been featured on CNN, Lybba, MSNBC, the Poetry Foundation, and WBEZ Chicago (NPR). She currently divides her time between northern and southern Pennsylvania.
