I am a 2018 graduate of the M.A. Cultural Studies program at the University of Washington Bothell, and the graduate certificate program in Textual and Digital Studies at the University of Washington Seattle. A 2017-2019 HASTAC Scholar, a 25-year veteran of the Internet and early web theorist and a former political refugee, I work at the intersection of Digital Humanities, Media Theory and Archive scholarship, focusing primarily on bureaucratic media; experiences and cultural expressions of refugees, stateless persons and incarcerated people; and, family archives and memory.
