Amanda Mansur is a lecturer and researcher in film production in Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil. She teaches courses on film theory and practice, as well as acting as producer, continuist and director. She is the author of books and book chapters on film production in Pernambuco, focusing on the history and style of contemporary production. Amanda has worked as producer and curator at national and international film festivals and worked production coordinator at Cinemateca Pernambucana (Film Archive).
